This Privacy Policy applies to Quest Elite Community, a company located in Frankfurt, Germany. We operate the 2026 VR Giveaway program as an official Meta partner, distributing free Quest headsets worldwide.

When you enter our giveaway, we collect only the following information:
Your full name and your email address. We collect nothing else. We do not collect payment information, location data, device identifiers, or any other personal information through this program.
We collect your name and email address for one purpose only: to administer the 2026 VR Giveaway. Specifically, this means selecting winners from registered entries and contacting those winners to arrange delivery of their headset.
The legal basis for this processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is your explicit consent, which you provide by ticking the consent checkbox on our registration form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at the address above.
Your data is stored securely on our own servers, located in the European Union. We do not use any third-party form or data collection providers. We do not share your data with any third parties, and we do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to anyone.
We will retain your name and email address for the duration of the 2026 giveaway program. Once the program concludes and all headsets have been distributed, all entries will be permanently deleted. If you wish your data to be deleted before the program concludes, contact us and we will remove your entry within 30 days.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of any inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
